At the time to selling the MTS Broadband product, sales man made promises of at least 2 Mbps speed, in reality the speed is not even 400Kbps. Irresponsible replies from technical team saying that, we can give you only 500 Kbps. Then why at the time of selling even in the MTS Broadband advertisements spreading such Gross wrong information and Cheating Consumers. They should be handled stringent penalty for this irresponsible acts.
