I HAVE A MTS PREPAID BROADBAND DEVICE WITH MSISDN#09146780883 WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR THE SERVICE I WAS PROMISED A SPEED OF 3.1MBPS @NON PEAK HOURS AND 2.5MBPS @ PEAK HOURS.WHEN I JOINED I WAS SO HAPPY WITH THE PLAN THAT I ALSO REFERRED NEARLY 20 OF MY FRIENDS TO MTS... FORGET GETTING ANY BENEFIT FOR BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER... SINCE I JOINED MTS I HAVE ALWAYS RECHARGED WITH THE INR999 UNLIMITED PLAN WHERE IN AS PER THE SALES PERSON I WAS INFORMED I WOULD GET 3.1 MBPS SPEED TILL 25 GB AND THEN ONWARDS IT WOULD BE 256 KBPS.BUT THE FACT IS EVERY MONTH I AM GETTING SPEED RANGING FROM 10KBPS-300 KBPS..EVERY MONTH I CALL THEM SPEND NEARLY 18 DAYS IN GETTING THE ISSUE FIXED (AFTER THE RESOLUTION I AT LEAST GET 1.2 MBPS) AND WITHIN THE NEXT 12 DAYS MY SERVICE GETS DISCONNECTED. IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE SERVICE THEN WHY SHOULD I SHOULD PAY FOR 30 DAYS OF SERVICE AND GET ONLY 12 DAYS OF GOOD SPEED (WHICH IS AGAIN COMPARATIVELY LESS THAN WHAT WAS PROMISED TO ME).
PLEASE LOOKING INTO THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY AS MTS IS CHEATING AND FLEECING ITS CUSTOMERS AND NOT ABIDING BY THE FAIR TRADE POLICIES.
