Alance deducted but recharge not done

I have recharged my MTS (M-Blaze) for internet services of Rs999.00 Rs10.00 as service tax.

My balance is deducted from my SBI Account (amount rs 1009.00), but my recharge is not done yet.

Kindly refund my money.
