Worse customer support

Hi All

I made an online order for a product for their website http://www.ticket2gifts.com/. It was a transaction failure, but the amount was deducted from my credit card. Eventhough I didnt get any orderid they have claimed the amount. I mailed to the guy called Balaji at [email protected] but he never responds

I tried calling their Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai numbers but they just drop off. When I called to the Delhi number they say the guy who owns the portal has left. They have a big page which says contact us for customer support, all is fraud

After almost a monthI have submitted a charge dispute form, now I have to file a case in consumer court and get back to them through my corporate who buys a lot of services from them.
