Hi All

I bought a Handbag as a gift for my Fiancee on 31st Jan and its been hardly a month and now its torn! When I spoke to the customer service they bluntly said they wont be able to do anything unless otherwise we have tags that came with the bag. Unfortunately it was a gift and I removed the price tags.

They dont even accept the fact that I have a bill on the purchase with all the details and they still dont intend to help me anyway.

The customer support escalated the call to a manager who was much more blunt and didnt even try to help me anyway!

I would strongly recommend not to fall into the trap for all discounts!! And at the end of the you land up wasting more time and money!! Sad that the cost of the handbag was 1500 and they dont even have a warranty / Guarantee of any sort and Sad to know that its a branded product (Lino Perros Women Golden Strap Brown Handbag)

And Mytra's 30-refund policy says -one should have all price tags that came with the product and the product should be re-sell able! Myntra blindly cheats the customers by selling poor quality products to their customers with these kind of clauses that one can never get around!!
