I ordered Optimum Nutrition CLA 180 Softgels (Order no. 8310, payment was done through credit card) from http://mynutramart.com on 23 June for which I received the product on 25 June but the product received was Ultimate Nutrition CLA whereas I was supposed to get Optimum Nutrition CLA. I informed My NutraMart the day I received the product. I have called them thrice so far, moreover they tell me that my problem would be solved by the following day and I should get a call from them. Yet, I haven't received any reply from them. As the fault was on their side, hence, they are supposed to pay the shipping charges.
I would like to know that what is it that's taking them so long for delivery of just one product and being irresponsible.
