I had orderd onlie cake and roses for my frined on 26th july to be deliverd on 27th july by paying 625 through netbanking.(order number RAg/260712/32601).on 27th july morning i recived a email that i need to pay 100 extra as delivery charges. So i called the They suggested me to cancell the order as i was not ready to pay 100 rupees extra and they also asure me that i will get the refund within 1 week.. So as they instructed me, i reply them on their email that i am cancelling the order as i dont want to pay 100 rupees extra. And i placed the order somewhere else.
After placing order i again mailed them that i have placed order somewhere else. Now they are saying that they cannot cancell the order.
This is really fraud company
