False billing and no response of complaint

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of Ortel Communication since last three months (Aug) in Bhubaneswar. My customer No. is 812090.

My ortel connection was terminated on 16th Oct due to wrong download billing to my chargeable account instead of non-chargeable as the downloading was done between 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM which is non chargeable according to my plan. I have complained three times in customer care department through phone but they didn't solve my problem. On saturday (22nd Oct), I met one of the official regarding the issue. He assured me to solve the problem. He called me on saturday (22nd Oct) evening and told me that the issue get resolved. But I still not able to connect to internet, the status of my modem is still offline.

I have called 8 to 10 times to customer care no. : 0674-3911111 which is not toll-free, after IVRS response NO ONE IS PICKING THE PHONE (response of IVRS: ALL OUR AGENTS ARE BUSY PLEASE HOLD THE LINE). It cost me approx Rs.70/- to call the customer care unit with no results, all in vain. Then I called the official, he picked the phone and shouted at me to call him at night. It was a lot more frustrating. I have paid entire month's bill and not able to use internet without any fault from my side. The customer care unit had never acknowledge my complaint and didn't took any action untill I met the official. Yet the problem is persist. I am fed up with ortel's customer care unit and its services.

Now, I just want to enable my connection properly and the adjustment (compensation) in next month's bill (adjustment for not able to use internet from 16th Oct to 23rd Oct due to fault from Ortel side)

The ortel's billing system has many faults. It is uneven. Many times, the system read my downloaded data with different timestamps. Suppose, I start downloading the data at 6:00 AM and stop it at 7:00 AM, their system records it as 6:30 and 7:30 respectively, something like that. The result makes customers to suffer or loose more money in making the calls to chargeable IVRS waiting for an agent to hear the problem. I have hold the line for 20 minutes four times but in vain.

Please do something for customers sake. Dont let the ortel people to remain as it is who are just want to earn money from customers

providing the worst services or i should call no sevices.
