Ad gprs speed

I am experiencing very slow speeds on my Aircel Connection. I use internet generally on my mobile phone and on my pc itself and I have found the speed to be very unsatisfactory. I am using nokia n73... the problem is not with my mobile phone... I have the unlimited pack activated on my mobile. But with the current speeds I dont think I will even be able to use 300-400 MB... when i start downloading any thing speed goos to o b/s and nothing is download... so plz help me so as to i can njoy ur service... plzzzzzz
