Hathway Broadband Internet
Payment made but not reflected on the hathway account but amount deducted from bank account

I made payment to hathway, ... everythng ws working fine...

at the last step of payment error was displayed...

I was using net banking..

The amount was deducted from my bank account and i immediately received a msg frm my bank about the payment...

but hatway internet was showing no payment made...

payment of Rs. 1544.95 was made on 12-12-12...

i tried contacting my bank.. they said 'the payment was successful n the d amount was debited from my account and credited to hatway'...

hatway people are saying tht they didnt received any payment as such...
