I am an Aircel prepaid customer.8285539967
I have take aircel 251 rs unlimited gprs plan on my aircel sim.
Whenever i try to connect my cellphone to laptop, it shows in the browser "Unauthorized Request. Subscriber/Request have been barred."
If i put 's' in front of http, i.e if i try to open a page with https, then some pages are opening.
Please help me with this issue as i am not able to do browsing on my laptop due to this.
