Alance deduction

I have recharged with 250 unlimited data plan. Its working. But after 1gb data was lost I have recharged with rs5 for 50mb data and I used. After 50mb data was used by me my balance rs 230 also deducted and my unlimited pack not working what can I do. My mobile number is 7417194491 and email id [email protected].
