Frequent disconnection

Dear Sir,

I was using reliance combo pack for my connection and was paying 1234.84 (with tax). I am living in Anayara Trivandrum. You are telling that you are the no 1 in India, but my connection is the worst. It disconnect frequently. I have raised complain many times, but it seems no one cares. Sometimes they send I man, who don’t know anything. My connection is still same. I am wasting money and my time on this connection, as sometimes it doesn't work for hours. Please help. I have attached some of my screen shots and complain details below.
