I have received a SMS from the no 8447258914 with the below information;

You have won 950, 000 pounds from draw no 1608 in BBC National Lottery, London, UK. Your mobile was attached. To claim your prize, send your name, address, Phone and Bank details to Mr. Caldwell Truman through email to [email protected].

please let me know ehther it is false or true.
