Issue - Applied for Airtel broadband connection on Dec 4th and submitted all the papers on Dec 8th. Airtel didn't installed the broadband and they are not replying when it can be installed.
Here are the follow-up details.
Dec 4th - Raised an online request for broadband request. As per below a representative was supposed to call me in 48 hrs. They called me
after 36 hours.
Dec 8th - Submitted the application
Dec 13th - Dec 16th - Followed up with Airtel customer service - Complain number 25968176
Dec 16th - Sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject Complain Id - 25968176
Dec 18th - Sent an email to email@example.com - No response
Dec 21st - Sent an email to Sunil Mittal. Waiting for response
