I registered a complaint against low ADSL my docket no.-236965 and my phone no.-01128362226 on date-24/12 and it's been a week today there is no action against my complaint.i think MTNL gives the worst customer care service to their customers. If we call your helplines no. they talk really rudely and never give us enough information actually on 1504 they don't even pick the phone up i don't know what to do with this connection.
