Reliance thunder 1029 plan applied but not answering my call and also not responding me

I have just shifted to Lajpat Nagar and applied for Reliance Thunder plan 1029 on 30th December. The sales said me that the next day the connection will be setup but no one picks up the call neither the sales man and not even the reliance communication store where he is working for. The Sales man name is Jay. At last the call got picked and he told me that it'll take around 2 days for the connection to take place so I waited for today (1st Jan) but today he is not even picking up the as well as Reliance communication, Okhla store is also not picking up the call.
