Worst services, false deductions

In advance rental plan broadband was purchased. after completion of tenure during year 2012; services automatically got disconnected as it was advance rental plan. Somehow, Reliance communication kept on sending us invoices & reminders for payment - payment for the services never offered & not even used.

Somehow, the connection was registered on my fathers' name & unfortunately he is no more. As he was ill & on complete bed rest ; Reliance's connection was not used for almost 4 months. even after 4 months of advance rental plan (not used) ; company still asking for 900 as a fine & delayed payment charges.

Please advice what to do.?
