Dear sir/ mam,
Already i complained several time (more than 6 times) the same issue. Again one more time i complaint is, my 2g net work (Air-tel-prepaid- no:07708658775) is very slow. It can reach at 1 KB/s only, but normal 2g speed is 50 KB/S. In your customer care dept is not given any response for the last 6 months. if It is not able to do your net work means, kindly change my port to Aircel/ BSNL. No one network is like yours. Kindly increase my net speed range or else change pls.
