Internet Connection Disrupted

Reliance Broadband - another name for the worst ever BROADBAND Services in the World, with the Worst Customer Care.

my reliance broadband user id is 216810524471, and have been completely shut-off the broadband services since last 7-8 days.

The reason the customer support says is, cable has been snapped. And it has not been repaired since days now. And still the customer support says it will be restored within 1-2 days because they say that they dont have the permission to re-connect the cable.

I mean what kind of a reason is this?

No permission to Re-Connect their own cable???

I am fed up of making complaints at their customer service cell. but I am never satisfied with the reasons for non-working of connections they give.

But this is limit!!!

No Broadband for days and still they are calling me saying your monthly bill has been generated ans should we send some one to collect it?

And when asked about when would my connection work, they say you need to regiter complaint for that and we dont deal in this matter.
