This is to bring everyone knowledge that kaunsa.com doing fraud with consumer by showing them product they never have in there inventory on lucrative prices which they never going to ship and hold you Credit Card Money for months without delivery.
I ordered an Apple iPhone5 32GB mobile on 15th Dec 2012 on there website and when I check with them in very next day they update me that the product will be delivered within 30th Dec 2012. I try to take confirmation if they have it in inventory they told me it is and it will be delivered as per schedule. Even I follow them to deliver it early if that is possible and they told me they will try.
On 27th Dec 2012 I get an email from them updating me that the product will take about 7-10 days, when I call them and try to get update then told me due to some logistic issues it is taking some time but it will be delivered by 12 Jan 2013 for sure. I try to call them on 11th Jan 2013 for the update and they told me it will be delivered on 12th Jan 2013. I did not get the product and when I call and check with them I start telling me a different story all together.
Now they are saying they don’t have the product and they can offer me different in place for the same which is iPhone5 16GB but on extra cost. Now my point is first of all if they don’t have something then how they can keep consumer’s money for so long. Even after that they are offering lower cost product on extra charges? Is there a way to teach them a lesson to file dispute with consumer court or some other way.
Please help me how to resolve this issue.
