Srishti Software Pvt Ltd, a compnay dealing in Knowledge Management solutions, has not paid salaries for many of its employess for more than 2 months.
On top of it they say they have no moral obligation to pay salary. Do whatever u want to do. Be tough enough to get salary out of them.
Not only salary they owe more than Rs 1 million as final setllement to ex-employees.
Moreover their treatment of their employess is very bad and work conditions higly deplorable.
Not only employees they treat their customers also very badly and never had a good working relationship with even a single of them.
The company is on the verge of bankruptcy and already in heavy debt of banks.
As an EX-EMPLOYEE of the company i know its like hell working over there.
I am yet to recv a payment of Rs 96, 000/- as salary and arrears. But GOD knows when i will be paid.
Its a caution to prospective Customers not to do any business with them.
