In the web page of watchez.com, says that stock items are available for inmediate shipment and will generally arrive in 15-20 business days, so on july 24th I made 2 orders, I received an e-mail which says that my orders would be ship in 10 days and they offer a coupon to buy another item, so I made another order on august 1st.
On august 4th I sent an e-mail to Andy (tracking) and asked when would my orders be sent, and he said in 10 days, I dont understand why he added more days, every time I asked, they added days. Then on august 14th I asked him again about my orders and he said they normally take 2-3 weeks to deliver.
This is so wrong, I bought thinking they would ship my orders inmediatly, until I find this web page, I thought it was a scam, now I hope this is a lateness and not a scam.
Is the first time I "buy" something by internet and I think will be the last one. 18 bussiness days (3 weeks) have gone since the first order and they haven't even shipped them. There is nothing in the order tracking.
