Over the last 2 years I have spent many many many hours on there chat window with morons and idiots. Look it up they mean different things. Their tech support is laughable at best. On a scale of 0 - 10 about a 2 and that is being generous. I would not ever recommend this company. I would suggest using and selecting their Platinum service. STAY AWAY FROM UCVHOST!!! It is cheap but so is the company, service etc. If they were in the US I would sue them.
