Ramesh Prasad of Sanvera Solutions used the GetaFreelancer.com site to rip-off our client.
He took the money and never delivered the end product. He never responded to emails or phone calls for over a year... until recently. We found he ultimately used the site he was to deliver to our client for his own purposes.
See his explanation in an email exchange below:
angrylawyers: Mr. Prasad, This site contains the source code our client PAID you to deliver. You TOOK our client's money and NEVER delivered the source code! Take the site down immediately our we will be forced to pursue legal action.
rameshkprasad: Well this is based on an open source pligg.com, and under GPL, its legal to use the code of an opensource software.

Sanvera Solutions (aka: GafSanvera, Ramesh Prasad: Yahoo Messenger: rkprules; Skype: prasad.ramesh; MSN: [email protected]; Google: [email protected]) has defrauded our client.
This scam took place back in spring 2007 and it is now June. Although it's been over 1 year since this rip-off took place, we are actively pursuing prosecution.
Sanvera Solutions and Ramesh Prasad have taken our client's money and may do the same to you. BEWARE!
