Dear Sir / Madam,
I kept my broadband connection on safe custody on april the 14th, it was till june the 14th. I paid a fee of Rs 800. On returning in june, I discovered that i was charged for the period of april to may, when the connection was supposed to be on safe custody.
please get this mistake corrected as soon as possible so i can pay the latest bill for the period of june to july immediately without any trouble.
i have already registered 3 complaints with the airtel customer service department, for no avail. i hope this attempt will be more fruitful.
