I have logged a complaint on airtel broadband getting disconnected many times. Each time airtel guy will come do some changes and go but no one has resolved the issue. Without even asking they will say issue is resolve send sms to me. I have to log a complaint again and again.
From past 5-6 months i am facing broadband connectivity issue. Since last 2 months bill is not pain they have disconnected my connection. Even after having so many times problem i had paid bill on time.
Just because last 2 months the connectivity was too serious that there is no use of internet. I am just paying charity to Airtel. Worst service till now. Some executives doesnt even have manners to talk to customers. Worst service to the loyal customer also. I am using airtel broadband from past 3.6 yrs and the service is worst for such long loyal customer.
