I am a customer of Airtel Broadband for ages.
1) I raised a request number: 10751505 on 23 Dec to upgrade my connection to 4 MBPs
2) At the end of 5 working days, a Complaint Number: 4137 1044 was registered, when I was informed that this can be done by 30 Dec.
3) Once again... Nothing happened. It was found finally that 4 MBPs isn’t feasible and only it can be upgrade to 2 MBPs
4) On Jan 3, New Request number: 1077 7685 was logged to upgrade it to 2MPPs.
5) On Jan 6, I called and found that Airtel is once again doing the feasibility checks. I don’t know why once again they are doing these checks.
6) Finally on Jan6 once again a new complaint is logged: Complaint Number: 4167 2040.
Conclusion: I am still waiting from 23 Dec to upgrade existing connection. And what I am getting is new request numbers / complaint numbers.
I think I am just wasting my time, energy and efforts.
Thanks a ton Airtel for not getting me upgraded to impatient plans. I just love it.
