Hello,
I applied for a Airtel broadband connection on date 12 Jan and i paid amount Rs 4000/ for the connection to an Agent who came to my house for giving the connection. He offered me a plan which is Rs.899 monthly plan and asked me to pay Rs.4000 which includes 4 months advance rental and 2 months free usage.
The agent provided me an acknowledgement slip which doesn't have any TBLR number. He told me that I will get a mail and a confirmation call from airtel but I didn't get any of these. When I try calling to the agent's mobile number its telling that its switched off.
I called airtel customer care but they asked me about the TBLR number, which unfortunately I don't have and told me that without that they will not be able to help me.
Now, its been one week and I am with no broadband connection and I don't know where and whom to complain about this. It seems that I have been cheated here.
