Oadband not working since 2 weeks!!

Hi,

I am an existing broadband customer of Airtel at Bangalore. Following are my details:

Complaint No: 46823770 & 46621122.

Last week, 15th May (Sunday), my broadband stopped working and i checked this at 06:00am. Later the complaint was raised with Airtel Customer care on #198. The resolution was done on 18th May (Wednesday) at 09:30pm. The issue was not properly analyzed and resolution was given that - port is changed in exchange and this fixed the issue. Backend team said there is no issue, field team says there is no issue.. no one knows where is the issue.

Later on 20th May (Friday) at 5:30pm, again the broadband stopped working. I raised the complaint on Airtel customer care #198. Since then the problem is not resolved. Airtel executive visited home on Sunday and he said that new broaband account needs to be created. Since Sunday this is pending and I am calling everyday 10-15 times to get the status. There is no call back from Airtel engineer / support and not even picking the phone to give the correct status. According to Airtel service engineer, this will be done at any time and it was Monday, Tue, Wed and now Thu... i dont know when this will be done.

Broadband Service Status:

15 May - Not working

16 May - Not working

17 May - Not working

18 May - Started working at 9:30pm

19 May - Worked

20 May - Stopped working at 5:30pm

21 May - Not working

22 May - Not working

23 May - Not working

24 May - Not working

25 May - Not working

26 May - Not working

Can you suggest what should we do??

Should i disconnect airtel and go for any other service provider

or Should we disconnect and again take a new Airtel connection.

It was working fine for me with BSNL in the past. Looking at the professional service which Airtel provided me in the past at Delhi, I took it at Bangalore but i am very sorry to say that a 3rd class service is provided by airtel.

Service engineers are not responsive, they dont even diagnose the problem correctly and are just giving work around.

It has impacted my work heavily. I work till late like 10pm in office just to complete my office work. Can you do something about this???
