I had a 2mbps unlimited plan for last year or more, and it was truly unlimited till 3-4 months ago when they started the Fair Usage Policy. After 150Gb they would slow the speed to a near 256kbps. That was without informing us. Now this month, they send the message a week after the Usage Month started saying the limit has been reached, I called asking why the fair usage policy hit earlier, and they said the limit was 40Gb. I couldn't' believe it, how did it change from unlimited to 150Gb then now to 40Gb. That too, without informing me.
