MOBILE INTERNET PROBLEM

My self RAJKUMR JAIN my mobile no 9980079835

I have AIRTEL GPRS packege activated in my mobile & I still have approx 300 MB of gprs balence with a validity till 19th march.

however when I tried to use mobil internet the money is getting deducted from mobile main balance (APPROX RS 100) and not from GPRS balance.

I talked with at least 5 costumer care persons and none of them resolved my problem. 2 of them have disconnected my call without listening the problem. I am still facing the problem & I hope u will be help me & take serious action against AIRTEL
