Wrong broadband plan activated

Sir i applied for a connection of Browser 699-LUPAirtel/KT/FL/21 plan but after two days of activation i was getting speeds of 1mbps. examination reveled that Surf 699Airtel/KT/FL/09 limited plan was activated on my account. i contacted the customer care associate who told me that my plan could not be changed.

it had been clearly mentioned in the customer copy of broadband application form that the intended plan is 512kbps unlimited plan costing 699 INR but due to the negligence of airtel now i am struck with 1mbps plan which is a limited plan.
