I am your customer for last 3 years.
I am receiving no bills (either email or paper bills) for last four months. Needless to say, My airtel broadband bills (fixed landline) were over the usage and I am getting some sms saying I need to pay within 15th. My usual billing due date 17th of each month for last two years.
I had called your customer care service on 13th to know this but there is no response. The phone just gets disconnected. (Although you charge for your service on this).
Seeing this I verified my mobile bill for this month and I see I had been charged 30RS for single sms with single pulse in miscelleneous section. When I see in my outbox I never sent such message. I need proper explaination for all these.
