I am using Mobile Office service since last 6months, I started problem with mobile office service since last 2months, I m experiencing 1kb/sec downloading speed and surfing speed 4-5 kb/sec. when i had been complain to airtel customer care he said there might be prob. with my pc, I have formatted my whole pc and installed only required software although i m facing same prob. they said due to exceed users I am experiencing slow speed. What I have to do if its users have been exceeded! is it my prob.?
