Dear sir,

my name is vivek soni my airtel broad band no. is 07884015962.

my cell no. 9584200911.

sir, i complained you a lot of times to kindly disconnect my internet connections from two months earlier, but still the line is on. i told you earlier that i will only pay the bill of duration 17/06 to 16/07 as i left that place and went to my college hostel where internet facility as been already provided.

your airtel representative asked me at that time about the disconnection one month earlier, they assured me about the disconnection, but still my broadband has not been disconnected.

i lost my request number, that your airtel representative gave me at that time, but you can see my complaint for disconnection posted one month earlier.

please disconnect the line as soon as possible.
