I am having Land line ph.no. 07752403579 with internet connection. My internet is not working. I am making complaint from 23.05.11 (Complaint No. 46714698 & 46781272) continiously. But Airtel is not rectifying the problem and everytime closing the complaint without doing or informing.
Air tel technical team is giving back false report to their executives and they are closing my complaint without confirming. Hance I can say Airtel is not able to provide services. So public should be aware of Airtel. I want to know should I go for remove the Airtel and to take some one else for internet connection as well as land line connection.
