I am feeling very sorry to inform that the service from airtel customer care Jharkhand is pathetic. People does not know how to talk. I was using airtel service at Karnataka for 5 long year. now i am staying at Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand. I was willing to continue the service but for any assistance from customer care i feel to throw my phone. Recently i gave a call from my ex number 8971703863 to Jharkhand customer care for assistance regarding GPRS service, the person i was got connected to is Mr. Ajay and Mr. Suresh. If really the phone conversation was recorded then my request is to check it and take a good decission to make an effort to improve the service. please keep some good criteria to select people for the service. Otherwise airtel will never become a good service in this part of the India. As a Indian it was my responsibility to inform about this, therefore i have done that, now its up to you to take necessary steps regarding this. Unless you try nobody can help. I dont know whether any one from higher authority check any of these 25568 mails/ complaint posted on internet.
