Lack of Informing extra charges

To the concerned person,

The airtel service "impatience 799" for 2Mbps broadband has cost me a bill more than Rs 5000!!! because the customer care centre did not inform me the extra charges for surfing n browsing... they only mentioned so n so charge per MB beyond usage limit... they never mentioned for surfing n so its obviously assumed that it is for downloading...

The connection never warned about exceeding the usage limit of 5Mb download... not even a pop up on my computer screen... its as good as robbing the customer off their money!... i used to get a pop up for the unlimited plan before... its weird and sly to warn for the unlimited plan n not bother warning the customer for the limited plan.

And if i call for asking to change the plan in two days., ... the customer care executive didnt know how to handle it and he said "your voice is breaking... please call back later"...

I do not wish to waste money... please change the plan as soon as possible or cease my internet connection.
