Hi,

My name is Sandeep. I'm staying at BTM 2nd stage, Bangalore. I've applied for an Airtel broadband connection on 25th February. The Airtel representative whom I've called, came to my place filled the application for new broadband connection, took Rs500/- for installation charges, necessary proofs and documents from me and told me that I'll get the internet connection on 27th of february.

Its been three weeks from now and I still haven't got the internet connection. Every time I call them, they tell me some reasons and disconnect the call. I've spent Rs 300/- for phone calls only. They're neither providing me the broadband connection nor returning my money. I've requested, pleaded them to provide me the internet connection as it was very necessary for me.

I really feel embrassed. It seems they are cheating me. The application number for my broadband connection is, TBLR0085261. Below is the name and phone number of that Airtel representative is, Praveen, 099025677 and his Team Leader, Shyam-09845972137.

Because of few employees like these, the entire Airtel brand name will be affected.

I request Airtel to go through these type of cases and take action on the employees before they could completely ruin the Airtel goodwill.
