Change of tariff plan

My landline no. is (044) 42661485. i had opted for a change of tariff plan to Rs.899/ unlimited plan in july. my request no. is 33216023. i am yet to receive a revised bill and am being charged as per the previous plan. i have made multiple calls and i hear that the request no. is an invalid one on your application .kindly look into the matter.
