Airtel Broadband connection
Broadband internet connection is not connecting properly
For last 4 years I was using Airtel DSL connection and the services being provided were good.But during Feb, 2010, on a promotional call from Airtel I changed my plan to broadband Rs.699/- plan.Since then my internet connection is not connecting properly.I have made repeated complaints to Customer Care Centre Bhopal during last 20 days.My broadband is virtually down especially during peak hours.My old d-link modem was also replaced with beetel 110TC1 router and internal wiring has also been changed, but no improvement has been made.My internet connection is down since 7-3-2010 and first complaint was registered on 9-03-2010 under number 30305888.Will Airtel take pains to remove the fault and provide relief to customer.
