For last 4 years I was using Airtel DSL connection and the services being provided were good. But during Feb, on a promotional call from Airtel I changed my plan to broadband Rs.699/- plan. Since then my internet connection is not connecting properly. I have made repeated complaints to Customer Care Centre Bhopal during last 20 days. My broadband is virtually down especially during peak hours. My old d-link modem was also replaced with beetel 110TC1 router and internal wiring has also been changed, but no improvement has been made. My internet connection is down since 7-3 and first complaint was registered on 9-03 under number 30305888.Will Airtel take pains to remove the fault and provide relief to customer.
