Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased an USB Broadband connection from Airtel Relationship Centre Sec 37, Faridabad in the month of June 09.
i regularly paid the bill amount on time and use the service.
From 9th Nov the USB stop working and despite of various complaints to their Customer care no. 7070 no response received for compaints.
Therefore on 16th Nov i wrote a disconnection request to the Airtel on [email protected], [email protected], care. [email protected] and get the acknowledgment response on mail.
However from the same till date they regularly sending the bills and stating that they dont have my contact no but am getting calls from DSA for outstanding bills.
