Myself Amit Sikka. My complaint is regarding Airtel broadband services as they wrongly changed my tarriff plan and sent a huge bill. My plan was for unlimited download and they changed it to limited download.
I am using airtel broadband dsl connection for past
one year. Every month I receive a bill of 992 rs. Last month I switched
my plan to Impatience 899 unlimited plan. Airtel executive instead changed
my plan to Impatience 899 limited plan. I was called once for
confirmation of plan change where in that call I was clearly told my new
plan would be unlimited plan. I myself clarified more than once that
plan is unlimited. Now suddenly I receive this month bill as 5415 Rs.
Now I am being told that my plan is actually limited plan.
I called up airtel customer care and requested them to correct this
mistake and show me any proof that I asked for limited plan but they are
unable to do so. I wrote them multiple times but everytime is receive same automated respose.
You can study my usage of past one year. My download
requirement is huge so it will never be logical for me to go for limited
plan.
I will be highly obliged if you can look into this matte
