Non Cancellation of Broadband

My Cancellation Request of 15 May was dis-honoured on a fradulent claim by Airtel that they had called me up on my Airtel Landline and I had agreed to keep my connection.

A lie and a fraud:

because

- i have no landline instrument, only a nos issued by Airtel for broadband use

-i left delhi on 17 May and am now in Goa

After repeated to & fro, i was forced to rush my driver with modem to Bharti Airtel office and even after the confirmation of cancellation last week, I was shocked to be told by 121 that my A/c is still active.

The verbal confirmation is never enough and they refuse to give email confirmation.

the customer empathy is missing

there is no one who picks up the nodal office phone, it clearly shows they are not bothered.

only auto emails are being generated.

by now, over the last 2 weeks, the company has issued me with 10 different cancellation nos, but NO ONE HAS CANCELLED MY A/c.
