Hi,
This email is with regards to complaint number 33839146 lodged by me on June 14. This complaint is regarding my Airtel internet connection which is not working since the last 4 days. I have been repeatedly calling up Airtel Customer Care and each time I am given a false assurance that someone from Airtel will attend to the problem shortly and it will be resolved within 2-4 hours.
It is the same case today as well. I had called up in the morning and spoken to Airtel Customer Care. I have been given an assurance that the problem will be resolved within 4 hours. 4 hours have elapsed but I am still not getting the internet connectivity at my place.
Please let me know the escalation path so that I can escalate this case to the appropriate level. This kind of unprofessional behavior was not expected out of a reputed organization like Airtel.
Airtel should take this case on priority and resolve the issue immediately.
