This is regarding the poor customer prepaid card service provided by Airtel.
I have purchased and activated the GPRS Unlimited plan (RS 98). I have activated the GPRS service but was not able to use the internet on my Blackberry curve 8310.I had sent the message "MO" to get the GPRS Settings. The message i recieved by Airtel after that "DEAR CUSTOMER, YOUR HANDSET SUPPORTS AIRTEL LIVE, MMS, GPRS.For settings please call 12118". First of all this 12118 never get connected. Whenever i dial 12118, it get connected to 121.When i go through 121 and talk to the technical cutomer executive of GPRS, he again say to connect to 12118 .What a horrible thing? I again called up to get the assistance but than the executive has provided me the wrong number "7070". This number doesn't exist. I also tried one more number that is 9890107070 which is for technical Blackberry services assistance but that no. is only for the post paid services. I explained everything to the customer executives but again they give me all that bullshit information. I took this card only for using the GPRS on my BLACKBERRY CURVE 8310.Almost 10 times i have tried and called.By seeing the behaviour and the poor services of the AIRTEL, I believe in future i will not be considering any products from the Airtel.
