Transfer of broadband connection

I have been using your airtel internet broad band connection for last 10 months...

i m sorry to state that your services n staff are the worst i have ever encountered in any aspect of my life... the guy from your staff who got us the connection named Mr. Parminder had stated during the time of installation that connection can be transferred to any place in NCR region without any problem.

but my problems started when we shifted to our new flat at the above mentioned address, which is hardly 500 metres away from the old address..

i had first called your customer care service on 13th June.2010 asking for transfer of connection to my new address... n i was told that the entire process will take 3 working days and a charge of Rs 300 only... i agreed to that... i waited till 16th for the same but there was no response.i was literally calling your people every day..(who i am sorry to say are the most unqualified people to be born on this planet)... they kept delaying it for the next day... finally on 19th of June i was told that my complaint has been lodged and complaint number 353271 was given to me... n i was said the concerned department (which i feel even your staff does not know about) will contact me... no contact was made... n on calling again another complaint number was given 3407004 and so called higher authorities were informed about my complaint... again no response came from your side n on calling again a service request number 34696858 was given... n they were supposed to call back by 6th of July... this time surprisingly they called... to inform that the tariff plan of Rs 799 which we were using is not available at the new address... so we have to take a plan of Rs 1199 or something...

my complaints are

1. the guy who fixed our connection Mr. Parminder gave us wrong information that the connection can be shifted anywhere in NCR... and on calling him he refuses to talk or take any inquiry

2. your customer care people just kept on using two words- concerned department and technical fault... i wonder what thy are... i am not sure even if they aware of the either

3.just for a distance of 500 meters away... why is it that one tariff plan is available and not the other

i have been misguided, cheated and mentally harassed by your company... and i want action to be taken against each one responsible for it.

i refuse to pay bills for the period in which your services were not provided... that is from 13th June onwards... kindly address my issues and let me know if you can provide the service which you were supposed to... otherwise please return my installation charges..
