My complaint is - 30 rupees are being charged on my airtel broadband number as music portal charge, from last year i am registering my complaint to Air-tel through email and telephone, but nothing is happening.
i dont why they are not removing music portal from my account. i got plenty of emails and phone calls from airtel that my problem will sort out this time. even this month also 30 rupees are being charged. it might be a toughest job to remove music subscription from my account, but it should not take more then an year.
highly disappointed with airtel services.
is there any way to remove music subscription from my account permanently or i have to discontinue with there broadband service.
