Deactivation of plan

Sir,

I am Nisha tahalani. I had an airtel broadband connection

Sir i wanted to deactivate that connection for which i have informed to customer care they have told me for deactivation.there is a billing problem in august month that you have generated without informing us

Sir am not in a mood to give any money for that connection. So please help me out
